How do I request a price for a CNC machining center?
Send the model or, if you have not chosen one yet, a description of the workpieces: material, maximum dimensions, tolerances and annual volume. Add the CNC control and the options you need. We confirm the configuration and availability with the manufacturer and send terms for that exact build. Machine tool prices depend heavily on configuration, so we quote each request individually instead of publishing a price list.
How does Xingdaotai Limited deliver machine tools from Europe and Asia?
We buy the machine from the manufacturer or from a stock warehouse and organize transport to the destination stated in the supply contract. Smaller items can be consolidated into one shipment, and we also handle cargo from China, Japan, India and the USA. Packing, documents, insurance and routing are agreed per order, because a 5-axis machining center and a box of encoders travel very differently.
What is the difference between a horizontal and a vertical machining center?
The spindle orientation. On a vertical machining center the spindle points down at the table; on a horizontal one it is parallel to the floor, usually combined with a rotary table and a pallet changer. Verticals are simpler to set up and suit plates and single parts. Horizontals clear chips better and let you load the next pallet while one is cutting, which pays off on housings and series parts machined from several sides.
Which CNC machine tool brand should I choose for my parts?
Choose by the part first and the brand second. Heavy box-type castings point to rigid horizontal machines, complex mold or aerospace parts to 5-axis machining centers, shafts to lathes or turn-mill centers. Within one machine type, compare the CNC control your programmers know, local service and spare-part availability. Send us drawings and we will shortlist two or three builders and explain the trade-offs between them.
Can you supply spare parts and components for CNC machines?
Yes. Besides complete machines we source spindles, encoders, CNC control modules, drives, tooling and wear parts. Send the machine model, its serial number and the part number from the manual or nameplate. If the part is discontinued, we look for the replacement series or a compatible equivalent. For some mechanical parts without a drawing, reverse engineering is another option.
