AccuteX

AccuteX is a Taiwanese manufacturer focused on electrical discharge machining. AccuteX machine tools cover wire cut EDM in several performance classes plus die sinker EDM, aimed at mold making, precision components, medical parts, aerospace, semiconductor and EV component work. The machines run on AccuteX's own controller, which picks discharge parameters by wire diameter, corner angle, arc radius and part thickness.

The higher-end wire machines use linear shaft motors, high-resolution signal processing and the SD-Master discharge board. Fine wire from 0.07 to 0.1 mm is available as an option. Machine status can be watched from a phone or tablet through the company's Industry 4.0 monitoring system.
