Importing machinery from Europe, Asia and the USA under one supply contract

Importing machinery takes more than a freight booking. We buy the equipment from the manufacturer or its distributor, ship it from Europe, China, India or the USA and prepare the customs documents. You sign one supply contract with us, and the payment terms are fixed in it.

    Logistics

    We organize shipping of equipment and components from Europe, China, India and the USA. Several orders can travel as one consolidated shipment. Our office in Istanbul plans the route and keeps track of the cargo until it reaches the destination stated in the contract.

    One supply contract

    We purchase the goods and equipment you need from the manufacturer or its distributor and deliver them to the destination stated in the supply contract. You deal with one counterparty instead of several.

    Customs documents and insurance

    We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the other documents customs asks for, and insure the cargo for the whole route.

    Export shipments

    If you sell equipment abroad, we can organize the shipment and the export documents on the same terms: one contract, a stated destination and export checks before anything ships.

    Payment terms in the contract

    We are the seller under our own supply contract. Payment terms are written into it: prepayment, a letter of credit or staged payments. We do not make or receive payments on behalf of other companies.

Before a contract is signed, we check the end user and the end use against the export control rules that apply and screen all parties against applicable sanctions lists. Where the item or the manufacturer requires it, we request an end-user statement. All shipments are handled in compliance with applicable export control and sanctions regulations.

Questions and answers

How do you ship machinery from Europe?

We buy the machine from the manufacturer, its distributor or a warehouse in Europe and organize transport to the destination stated in the contract. Smaller items can be consolidated with other cargo into one shipment. The route and transport type depend on the size of the machine and the delivery terms you choose.

How is payment arranged?

You pay us as the seller under our supply contract, not the manufacturer. The terms are agreed in writing before the order is placed: prepayment, a letter of credit or staged payments. We do not offer payment services and do not make or receive payments on behalf of other companies.

What does one supply contract cover?

It covers the purchase of equipment or goods from the manufacturer, shipping, cargo insurance and the customs documents up to delivery at the destination stated in the contract. You get one contact for the whole deal instead of separate talks with the factory, the carrier and the forwarder.

How do you handle export control requirements?

Before a contract is signed we check the end user and the end use against the export control rules that apply to the item, and screen all parties against applicable sanctions lists. Where the item or the manufacturer requires it, we ask for an end-user statement. A shipment that cannot meet these requirements does not go ahead.

Which countries and regions do you source equipment from?
