This section groups industrial and thermal equipment that does not fit a machine tool or lab category: dry ice blasting and dry ice production, CO2 production and recovery, cryogenic vessels and transfer lines for liquefied gases, and industrial and laboratory furnaces. Xingdaotai Limited sources new units, spare parts and consumables from these manufacturers on request.
What these machines have in common is that they are sized to a process. A furnace is defined by temperature, atmosphere and load; a cryogenic vessel by the gas, volume and refill cycle; a dry ice system by output and pellet size. Send us those figures, or a description of the job, and we narrow the range to concrete models.

Dry ice blasting cleans surfaces by shooting small dry ice particles with compressed air. The particles sublimate on impact, so there is no secondary waste from water or abrasive media, and many parts can be cleaned in place without dismantling. Typical uses are mold and tooling cleaning, deburring, removing coatings, adhesives and release agents, and maintenance of production lines in food, plastics and foundry plants.
Start with four parameters: maximum working temperature, atmosphere, chamber size and process. Air furnaces cover ashing, annealing and many lab tasks. Protective gas or vacuum is needed when parts must not oxidize, for example in nitriding or sintering. Then check heating time, temperature uniformity and documentation requirements. With those data we can compare suitable furnace series.
Tell us the gas, the working volume, how often the vessel is refilled and whether it stays in one place or is moved or transported. For sample storage, add the number and type of racks or boxes. For transfer lines, specify the connection type and length at both ends. We then match a vessel series and confirm the terms with the manufacturer.
By the model and serial number of the installed unit. Heating elements, thermocouples, insulation, controllers, valves and level meters are usually specific to a series, so the serial number lets the manufacturer identify the right part. If the unit is old and the part is no longer made, we look for a compatible replacement or a retrofit option.
