Hamamatsu Photonics

Hamamatsu Photonics works one level below most analytical instruments. Its photomultiplier tubes, photodiodes and image sensors are the detectors inside spectrometers, readers and medical scanners made by other companies. The company also sells finished equipment: qCMOS and sCMOS cameras for microscopy, light sources, lasers and measurement systems for semiconductor and life science labs. Orders tend to be placed against a datasheet and one exact type number.
